Agglomerate
A wood derivative composed of wood particles of different dimensions in combination with resins and high temperature pressing.
They can be presented with a raw, water-repellent or fire retardant substrate. The decoration of the agglomerate panels can be done with melamine paper, giving rise to melamine / laminated agglomerate with high pressure laminate, giving rise to the termolaminado agglomerate, or with natural wood sheet, giving the veneer agglomerate.
This is considered to be the most common wood-derived product, being very versatile in terms of its potential applications and allowing the creation of other wood derivatives such as OSB applied mainly in structures.
