Lacquering is a treatment that can be done in any type of wood or derivatives, which gives the surface a completely smooth and uniform appearance.
It presents an immense variety of colors and shades, being able to have matte or high gloss finish.
One of the main aesthetic distinctions is that there is no need for edges, giving a homogeneous finish throughout the board and allowing some types of knobs or unique decorative elements.
